Tiny Houses

At only 3.8kg/m2 Al-SIP’s are an ideal wall and roof material to use for your tiny house. A 10.8 x 3.0 x 3.5m tiny house shell would otherwise be impossible to build with traditional materials, even steel skinned SIP’s. You can build the biggest tiny house legally permissible on a light trailer and be within the 3.5T limit! A shell (no doors or windows) constructed from 75mm Al-SIP’s only weighs around 500kg!!

House Boats

Al-SIP’s, being made of aluminium, are not only perfect for house boat builds because they are lightweight, but also because they have excellent corrosion resistance, perfect for marine applications.

Toy Haulers

Build a toy hauler, car transporter or even your own caravan/travel trailer with Al-SIP’s. The 50mm panels are perfect for such applications and because the panels are framing, cladding and insulation all in one, there is no need to build a frame for the walls and roof, saving you time and money! Perfect for the DIY’er who doesn’t have the fabrication skills needed to fabricate and weld framing.

Transportable HOMES/CABINS

Whether its a transportable cabin on a trailer or a larger transportable home to be moved by hiab, the weight benefits of Al-SIPs panels allow you to build bigger and lighter! Hiab and crane capacities can be maximised for large transportable homes and trailer designs can be simplified for smaller cabins, potentially eliminating the need for expensive brakes and heavy duty trailer components.
