Click on images below to download PDF drawings of typical jointing methods for Al-SIP panels. These drawings cover the primary intersections. Depending on your project, you may choose to use a combination of joint details that are shown and not shown below. It is important that the resultant intersection does not result in any aluminium skin bridging from the outside to inside environment, so as to prohibit condensation occurring.

Window Detail
How windows are installed depends on your window supplier. There are some companies that have specific sections made to fit into SIP panels that utilize an internal aluminium jamb that fits specific panel thicknesses. The PDF shows a typical section through window head, sill and jamb of such a system.
