Tiny House Trailers

ALSIPS has launched three trailer sizes to match our three panel packages for larger tiny house builds. An 8.4m, 9.6m and the monster 10.8m trailer. All three trailers are triple axle for better weight distribution and feature a removable floor frame, so your not so tiny tiny can be lifted off the trailer and the trailer removed to get a warrant when needed. The removable floor frame also includes a steel-skinned SIPS floor on top, all ready to integrate with the ALSIPS aluminium wall panels. So there’s no need to worry about underfloor insulation, lining the underside of your trailer or even adding the plywood floor itself!

The axle position of the 8.4m and 9.6m trailer is positioned to give a resultant tongue load of between 9-10% based on a uniformly distributed tiny house load (tiny house is balanced about the trailer deck center). The larger 10.8m trailer, due to the NZTA maximum rear overhang has a tongue load of around 10.5% also based on a uniformly distributed tiny house load on the trailer deck. If you require a different axle position for your build we can easily manufacture to your requirements.
